Responsibilities:
- hardware deployments and support.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT issues which include following escalation paths.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent qualification.
- Around 1 years of experience in IT Administration.
- Storage experience in a NAS (NetApp) or SAN (Hitachi & EMC) will be advantageous Knowledge in System Infrastructure, Virtualization & Backup.
