You will take the lead in the strategy and execution of business systems stack and continuous business process improvement by gathering, analyzing and formalizing users’ business requirements and processes, evaluating the feasibility of implementation and managing scope and implementation of project.
- Responsible for partnering with teams to understand business processes and process automation needs, then translating those needs into formal, documented business requirements.
- Deliver and advise high quality data analytics projects
- Perform cross functional analysis of company’s operations, business an functional requirements, and propose solutions to improve the systems or processes
- Identify effective solutions for business software system issues.
- Design computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and establishing project budget.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentations and training users.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Monitor company systems status and report any progress or changes.
- Research and estimate the costs of upgrades and improvements.
