· Assist Project Manager to lead, monitor and inspire the whole site team.
· Plan and monitor construction process. Plan site layout and logistic to ensure smooth flow of construction materials. All planning and organizing of construction activities shall cover and take into consideration progress, safety, environmental, quality and cost effectiveness.
· Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details such as progress, resources requirement, risks and potential issues and lapses.
· Be responsible for implementation of the scope of works in conformance with project specifications, drawings and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
· Work closely with consultants and coordinate activities of various trade sub-contractors and specialists to ensure smooth site operation.
· Comply with company’s ISO and GGBS requirement and assist WSHO / ECO for external auditing exercise.
· Any other instructions which may be assigned to you by the top management from time to time
