We are looking for a candidate who provides, manages, and develops our food and beverage standards, ensuring our members and their guests' satisfaction through consistently high operating standards, carrying out management shifts, and taking responsibility for the entire operation.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders, prepare, and serve food and beverages to members and their guests.
- Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness within the counter.
- Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period.
- Attend to members' and guests' queries and feedback to provide positive members' and guest's experiences.
- Adhere to Club Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on all food and beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
- Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time by management.
Requirements:
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
- Clean and hygienic in food handling.
- Motivated to work in a fast-pace work environment.
- No experience is required as training will be provided.
- Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multi-ethnic teams.
- Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
- Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
