1. Plan, execute and reporting of Maintenance Planning, SDM planning, Training plan, training recommendation, Weekly and Monthly report, Staff performance appraisal
2. Responsible for PM development and implementation (iMan), Daily PM activities and daily patrol, Process & Equipment improvement, Equipment daily issue and Drawing updates
3. Responsible for Vendor evaluation, ECR report and action items, Equipment disposal, Development of Safety procedure
4. Responsible to ensure that equipment are properly designed and installe and performing effectively and efficiently.
5. Establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring techniques.
6. Reviews deficiencies noted during CM and provides technical guidance for CMMS (iMan).
7. Maintains and advice on the use and disposition of spares.
8. Promotes equipment standardization.
9. Consults with maintenance crafts workers on technical issues and monitors new tool and technology.
10. Develops standards for major maintenance and make cost effective benefits review of maintenance programs.
11. Provides technical guidance for PM and Predictive maintenance.
12. Serves as the focal point for monitoring performance indicators for maintenance management
13. Optimizes maintenance strategies
