• Handle sales/retail operations and lead a team of consultants.
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales KPIs, sales targets, direct sales, marketing, or customer service activities.
• Conducting relevant training and leadership coaching to team for desirable results
• Collaborate with Aesthetics doctor to offer professional consultations in skin, body, and hair care.
• Understand opportunities for the brand within the market, discuss and implement sales strategies for the team and identify opportunities to cross and up-sell products.
• Develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans that incorporate both clinic treatments and product solutions.
• Advocate the clinic's range of services and products in a manner that educates the customer.
• Offer high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
• Challenge assumptions about performance through careful analysis of the data and acting on the underlying causes of poor performance.
• Generate new contacts/accounts useful for the growth of the business.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and sales tactics to increase revenue and new patient count, improve retention and loyalty.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist in operations in clinic when needed. This includes but not limited to, reception and admin work, patient care assistance and doctor-patient consultations.
• Advise others on business or operational matters.
