Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data governance policies, standards and procedures to ensure the quality, security and compliance of data assets across the organisation
- Oversee and facilitate development of data channels and processing systems to support the management of data across data lifecycle
- Guide stakeholders, including senior leadership, on data management trends and issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain dashboards for business insights, leveraging on visualization tools and techniques to present actionable information
- Analyse and interpret data for trends, patterns and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
- Elicit requirements from various data stakeholders to build enterprise-wide data reporting and analytic solutions
- Lead change and manage stakeholder expectations to drive higher adoption of data-related projects
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in computer science, data science, engineering, business analytics, information management or related disciplines from a recognised university
- Professional certifications in data governance and analytics would be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering data governance and analytics related work
- Proficient in analysing, interpreting and visualising data using tools such as Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with social services is a plus
