Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up vendors in Workday, and liaising with Legal Department and a third party to execute new vendor contracts
- Processing purchase orders and invoices for payment in coordination with Account Payable team
- Processing credit card payment claims for marketing services
- Reconciling & reporting on monthly budget actuals and advising on necessary accruals
- Updating budget management tool and assisting with monthly budget forecast adjustments
- Support the Regional Events team with Events administration and logistics as required before, during and after events
- Managing the marketing inbox and marketing forms to filter and update inbound leads into the CRM system, an addition to creating new leads from events
- Adhoc administration support as required
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative, finance or operations related role
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or budget management
