Responsibilities
- To provide Level 3 production support for the complex and latency critical systems.
- Involved in new enhancement depending on client requirement.
- Troubleshooting issues in production as L3 and provide fix/solution on time.
- To support with the Trading and Business teams on a day to day for the smooth operational transactions.
- To provide support on:
- Incident Management
- Service Request Fulfillment
- Availability Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Release and Deployment
- Continuous Service Improvement
- Infrastructure/Application migration
- Agile - Scrum master
Skills Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent.
- 9-12 years of experience.
- Good understanding of banking domain [Securities, Trade and cash] with IBM Transformation extender and project management skills.
- Good communication skills as the resources will have to interact with the business/Application teams, attention to detail and follow through on tasks assigned.
- Previous experience in code Repositories like SVN & Bitbucket.
Technical Skills
- IBM Transformation Extender v9.0 and above
- Oracle databases with good understanding of SQL/PL SQL, Procedure and Functions
- IBM MQ
- Unix and Shell Scripting
- ITX in Cloud computing
Good to Have
- XML data types
- Batch/Job management (Cron/Control-M)
- ISO 20022 knowledge
- SWIFT knowledge
