Job Duties:
- Support the team in conducting name screening for new account openings and KYC reviews.
- Timely review of CDD alerts as a Maker according to set timelines.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including collecting and dispatching mails and documents.
- Organize and reconcile documents to ensure they are received correctly.
- Uploading documents to the image depository system.
- Assist in archiving and storing documents.
- Support with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Preferably possess 1-2 years of experience in banking industry.
- Possess some knowledge of private banking products.
- Demonstrates meticulousness and organization with a keen attention to detail.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Functions effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrates proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
