Make an Impact by

  • Creating, developing and implementing the visual merchandising strategy and programmes for all stores objectives.
  • Ensure the strategy and guidelines are in line with our brand, products and target market, and also consistent display across multiple store locations.
  • Create effective displays that enhance shopping experience, thus maximising customer experience and drive incremental equipment revenue.
  • Plan, source and produce props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
  • Develop and implement VM guidelines for all stores, new store openings and special projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders as a collaborative partner (marketing, retail operations, merchandising, etc) to gain awareness of the brand scope, provide insight on visual projects, and identify how VM can align and contribute.
  • Create and manage VM budget.
  • Install visual merchandising POS collateral for events and promotions.
  • Review and improve merchandising operations and processes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire partners and merchants for shop spaces to drive business and revenue growth.
  • Strong cross team collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to promote Partnership POD usage.


Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related disciplines such as Business Administration / Retail Management / Marketing
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising.
  • Able to come up with new business models and reach out to new partners for pitching of ideas
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Creative, attention to details and possess ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, time management and negotiation.
  • Strong execution skills to deliver on growth targets.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a clear focus on results.
  • 2-3 years of experience in partnerships or business development role is a plus.
