Ø Experience in quarterly forecasts preparation in IFS.
Ø Experience in monthly journal entries for book closure.
Ø Experience in bank reconciliation statements.
Ø Experience in monthly sales invoice accounting in customer portal and IFS ERP Software.
Ø Experience in GST submission and corporate tax and etc.
Ø Quarterly Balance sheets review with management.
Ø Monitoring budgets and compared them with actual costs.
Ø Experience in intercompany reconciliations as per IFRS.
Ø Experience in monthly provision of outstanding expenses and schedules.
Ø Quarterly review of project-wise contract sheets (cost and revenue) with management.
Ø Experience in reports on open liabilities, PO commitments, unadjusted advances, and retentions.
Ø Experience in audit schedules for quarterly audits.
Ø Coordination with projects for recovery and settlement.
Ø Experience in payments to suppliers, subcontractors and Letter of credit in regular basis.
Ø Coordinate with the IFS (ERP) team for various reports as per requirements
Ø Monthly/weekly Cash flow preparation.
