TECHNICAL MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Manager job involves a blend of technical expertise and managerial responsibilities. This role involves providing technical support, managing projects, and supervising technical staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage all the Coating Advisors, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and assisting in performance evaluations.
· Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, resolving technical issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
· Attend and do reporting during the technical meeting with Japan HQ team.
· Assist in the preparation and issuance of technical reports, documentations, and presentations in English and Japanese languages.
· Issue technical information in English and Japanese
· Paint performance analysis and consideration
· Assist and suggest in the development of paint formula to R&D in Japan headquarters
· Ad-hoc technical duties as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field (i.e. Engineering, Chemistry)
· Ability to explain the technical analysis to customers in English and/or Japanese
· Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Previous related experiences background is highly recommended
· Attentive to detail, accurate and well organized
· Cooperative and willing to assist others and can work in a team environment
· Ability to communicate both verbal and written in a professional manner

Work Timings: 8AM – 5PM (Mondays – Fridays)
Transport: Pick-up points island-wide
Salary: SGD6,500 – SGD7,500 (Negotiable)
