We are awarded with Top Seller for Shopee Personal Care category for 2022 and we are looking for a Marketing Admin Executive to grow and manage our e-commerce platforms.

Job Scope
· Marketing
o Update new launches and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive more sales
o Attend to customer queries
· Admin
o Manage customer return & refund requests
o Tally incoming shipment with warehouse and input into inventory system
o Track product expiry dates and initiate for promotions to clear stock
o Reconcile monthly shipping, commission & transaction fees
Working Days & Hours
5 days per week
Monday to Friday: 830am - 530pm with 1 hour lunch break

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
