Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and deliver results.
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies and digital solutions to improve business processes and customer experiences.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to drive change and promote a digital-first mindset.
  • Measuring and reporting on the progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Liasing with HK Digital team for updates on development and sharing.
  • Data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborating with the BIM team.

Environmental, Social, and Governance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing an ESG strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the organization's ESG performance and progress towards its goals.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, employees, and customers, to understand their ESG concerns and priorities.
  • Collaborating with HK, other departments and teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, and ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Data collection and analysis.
  • An understanding of Coding /programming would be advantageous, although not a prerequisite for the role.

Requirements

  • Degree in Digital, Engineering and Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in digital ways of working and driving change.
  • Able to manage team works, plan and execute projects, manage change across a team or organisation;
  • Experienced with construction management process, software development, digital project management would be an advantage;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is highly collaborative with multiple stakeholders.
  • Possess strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts
