You are expected to:
• Gain an understanding of the client’s short-term and long-term business and talent needs to facilitate provision of continuous value-add solutions, service and advice.
• Source suitable, top quality candidates to put forward to fulfill clients’ needs.
• Manage the stages of the search process ensuring the highest quality execution of client engagement.
• Lead the identification, qualification and communication with candidates during the search engagement.
Candidate Criteria:
• With substantial experience in executive search and recruitment either within in-house/corporate environments or in an executive search.
• Able to communicate with senior and executive levels, consistently conduct timely, professional and responsive interactions with clients.
• Applicants with CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries Basic) preferred.
• Tertiary education with work experience in recruitment or human resource.
