Job Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation, and upkeep of QA processes and protocols.
- Conduct audits and assessments to pinpoint areas with potential for enhancement.
- Work closely with productions & development team to establish and upload quality benchmarks and ensure compliance.
- Track, investigate and resolve customer complaints and product related issues, implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor product service quality metrics, analyze data and reports to managements.
- Identify opportunity for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D Engineering team to introduce new products or implement product changes.
- Conduct inspections and test at various stages to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Supervise and coach junior lab technicians and interns.
- Lead initiative to maintain a well-organized and safe laboratory environment in line with 5S principles.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance / Quality Control function
- Knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS), Methodologies
- Team management or supervisory skills
