Main duties:
- Plan, schedule and convert orders for production
- Perform material check for all new orders as well as orders before releasing to production
- Ensure enough orders are planned to optimize production
- Resolve issues related to orders by working with purchasers, quality, production and order management
- Support interdivision and intercompany material transfers,
- Support substitution of materials, formula change request; conditional pass with quality
- Execute and monitor material pull back from third party warehouse
- Call off material from distributor to optimize inventory level
- Analyze excess material to determine opportunities for improvement
- Produce weekly, monthly status reports
Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience in production/material planning
- Expertise in MRP/ERP with SAP
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration
- Possess excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills, result oriented and self-motivated
- A good team player
