Job Summary
As a Logistic Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics and warehouse operations of the company. This includes coordinating and optimizing the transportation, distribution, and inventory management processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement distribution strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize distribution processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transportation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Establish, implement, and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing holding costs.
- Act as a backup for delivery when needed

- Excellent communication with the ability to communicate, read, and write fluently in both Chinese and English. Proficiency in both languages is a must for effective interactions with business associates at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Class 3 driving license
Qualification & Education Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, warehouse or related discipline
- > 5yrs of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
