- Assist in recruitment and selection of new employees.
- Coordinates with recruitment agency or advertising agency on vacant positions with regard to job requirements or advertisement artwork.
- Assist online application of work passes for new staff.
- Formulate, communicate and implement HR policies to employees.
- Preparing timely distribution of salaries and bonuses
- Ensure statutory compliances and timely filing of employees’ income tax (Form IR8A)
- Ensure timely submission of relevant claims with the respective government agencies (e.g NS Make-up Claims, Government-paid Leaves)
- Process of Government Grant (eg Staff training, senior worker & etc)
- Managing of all leave administration and application processes
- Undertake other administrative duties as required.
