Job Description
- Support live product/project application deployments and implementation.
- Logging and resolving customer issues within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Maintain customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources.
- Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team for troubleshooting.
- Understand database/data warehouse administration, being able to administer them is a plus.
- Produce technical documentations for support deployment/implementation or job logs.
- Monitoring of system health and performance.
- Conduct end-user training.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or above (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge and/or understanding of Java, .NET, JavaScript/HTML5/CSS, SQL, No-SQL, general software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience in software testing is a plus, especially for Business Intelligence, reporting software, though having the right profile is more critical.
- A fast learner and willing to learn new technologies.
- A strong communicator in both oral and written form.
- A team player with a pleasant attitude.
- Results oriented with flexible personality and willingness to travel onsite.
