Responsibilities:
- Acts as SPOC for demand related to Identity and Access Management solution, be it divestitures, separations or acquisitions.
- Assists with identity management tasks related to migration of accounts between organizations e.g.: provisioning and user/account reconciliation, etc
- Designs, develops, tests, implements, and integrates Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions, including installation, implementation and configuration of related oracle products.
- Troubleshooting Oracle IAM with any issues related to connectors or user provisioning.
- Assists with the planning (with Architecture/Governance) to establish overall services and service delivery roadmap.
- Supports identity management operational tasks (e.g identity data flow analysis, review and design or operational support for data cleanup).
- Assists in collaboration with the correspondent corporate functions to facilitate the completion of identity management-related tasks.
- Supports and delivers overall continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree for Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
- 5-9 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management, with deep knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management, must have worked on version 12C and above.
- 4+ year industry experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management suite (OAM, OUD, OVD, OIM)
- Strong SQL skills
- Results oriented; ready to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.
- Ability to develop and articulate well thought out business case and its financial / bottom line impacts
- High level of energy and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
