Experience
● Partial and/or Full Set of Accounts cum HR role: ≤ 2 years
Qualifications
● GCE ‘O’ Level and Diploma in any disciplines
Responsibilities
● Full responsible of full set of accounts and fixed assets registering using SAP system
● Prepare month-end financial reports and schedule includes accruals & prepayments
● Perform month-end & year-end closing
● Take charge of IRAS & Tax submission on yearly basis
● Prepare for internal & external annual auditing
● Control day to day transactions for Accounts Payable and Receivable
● Monitor company’s cashflow and credit management
● Keep track of HR Admin records and Recruitment matters
Requirements
● Proficient with MS Office, SAP and/or ERP application
● Good Organization Skill, Independently & Meticulous
● A Team Player with multi-tasking personality
● Knowledge in HR legislations, Employment Act and Foreign Manpower Act
● Singaporean/PR are welcomed
