Job Description:
- Support Accounting Managers in monthly closing activities, audits, and similar tasks.
- Manage accounting responsibilities associated with a specific business unit.
- Collaborate with tax agents to prepare corporate income tax filings.
- Address inquiries and manage change requests related to the electronic approval system.
- Assist during various audit processes as required.
- Undertake other incidental duties as necessary or assigned.
- Handle timely requests from Managers efficiently.
- Take on additional supportive roles and tasks as assigned, including covering for other Finance & Accounting staff during their absence.
- Facilitate communication with auditors regarding audit-related matters.
- Coordinate with tax agents concerning corporate income tax matters.
- Oversee payment-related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance or an Equivalent qualification.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
Possess a strong working knowledge of accounting, general ledger, and bookkeeping practices. - Demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively, with good time management skills.
- Show meticulousness and a keen eye for detail in tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and Excel, including familiarity with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Experience with SAP R3 is advantageous.
- Capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Display professionalism, independence, initiative, and a hands-on approach, with a high level of commitment to meeting deadlines.
