General Manager - ASEAN (Business Development)

Detailed Job Description:


• Driving business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Enhancing staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.

• Expanding business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.

• Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.

• Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Preparing reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organization


Job Requirements:

• 15+ years experience in software/services sales & technology alliances management

• 10+ years expertise selling & overseeing delivery of solutions spanning Digital Transformation, Customer Experience and Cloud technologies

• 5+ years exposure building companies, sales teams and partner channels in Singapore, South East Asia and Asia-Pacific markets more broadly

• Deep experience of enterprise software ecosystems, especially Salesforce and related technologies

• Experience working in start-ups and fast-growing companies, with all of the cultural demands that go with it
