Job Description
• Collaborates with other cross-functional team and external vendors/clients to ensure seamless business execution
• Oversees day-to-day business operations, tracking budgets, expenditures, contracts, and performance objectives
• Analyse and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Manages and support marketing activities in the Asia region, including exhibitions, marketing collaterals and digital marketing activities
• Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
• Leads the execution of various special projects/ task forces/ business improvement initiatives as requested by management team
• Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices
Requirements
- Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years
- Degree in Science/ Engineering preferably
- Team Player
