Our client is a well established Healthcare & Laboratory Equipment company and they are currently looking for a permanent night shift Production Supervisor to join their team.
Salary: up to $4,000 Basic + Shift Allowances
Work Days: 5 Days (Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shifts from Mon to Fri)
Work Location: Boon Lay
Responsibilities:
• Lead production activities in redressing of reagent, supervise other production personnel and work with other staff to achieve redressing targets in accordance with ISO Quality Management System and applicable safety standards.
• Guide and assess performance of production staff in accordance with Production department goals.
• Completion of all associated redressing documentation with good documentation practice.
• Liaise with Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse and Production Management as needed to facilitate redressing operations.
• Support continuous process monitoring and reporting of redressing process performance.
• Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints and implement Corrective Actions –
• Preventive Actions from all findings.
• Support departmental audits by internal/external auditor.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Production, Major in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent preferred with min 5 years of working experience, in which 3 years in people management role.
• Computer literate (MS Office) and knowledge of automation systems, cGMP, ERP and MES software
• Good writing skills
• Positive with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in rotating shifts
