Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing;
- Maintain a well organized record of customer database;
- Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone;
- Liaising with other members of the teams and other technical experts;
- Provide sales support for local and overseas customers;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to use SAP B1 is an advantage.
- At least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience;
- Highly responsible, independent and a good team player;
- Possess high degree of self discipline and initiative to learn new things;
- Able to communicate both in English and Mandarin Chinese (in order to build and maintain good relationships and rapports with Chinese speaking customers and buyers via email and telephone.);
- Proficient in Ms Office is a must (Ms Office & Ms Excel);
- Willing to work on half day alternate Saturday;
