Roles & Responsibilities
1. Policies & Programmes
- Develop, implement learning strategies, review & enhance L&D policies and procedures in line with Club’s business goals
- Develop, implement and facilitate customized programmes for staff
- Perform customization on programmes including stand-up training for some programmes
- Source, evaluate and manage training vendors
- Plan, manage and publicize training plan
2. Learning Plans, Needs Analysis & Skills Certification
- Assess development needs by conducting Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) for the organization with the derivation of Total Company Training Plan
- Manage & monitor the Learning Plans, Needs and Certification courses for departments
- Source and recommend courses to the individuals of the learning needs identified
- Monitor the completion of the Departments’ Learning Plans and Needs Analysis
3. Others – reports, grants, etc
- Ensure the smooth running of all customized in house training programme ie; logistics support in setting up the room; attendances; publicity of courses; evaluation etc.
- Handle enquires on any training related matters including resolving any issues that may arises
- Compile customized training evaluations and provide analytical reporting
- Tap on available grants to defray learning cost
- Manage & monitor training budget, programmes & calendar
- Prepare reports and presentation
- Provide support to Management/ Departmental retreat
- Participate in HR projects & cross departmental committee
- To assist in any other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree with minimum 8 years of HR experience especially in Learning & Development
- Proficient in Learning Management System
- Good initiative, drive & a team player
- Able to work independently, multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Good organizational and interpersonal skill
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Preference will be given to those who have experience in doing LNA
- Proficiency in MS Powerpoint and Excel
