Responsibilities
- Preparing quotations, issuing tax invoices, submission of e-invoicing on client’s portal.
- Handling disbursement of expense claims procedure and documents
- Monitoring payment status and preparing statements of accounts to clients.
- Liaising with external consultants on month-end closing activities and prepare account booking documents
- Other ad hoc accounting duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience
- Relevant educational backgrounds on accounting qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office / Excel and prior experience with accounting software
- Responsible, meticulous to details and committed to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in legal service sector preferred
