My client a small training provider and running events internationally is seeking an independent Accounts personnel to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Handle full-set accounts (AP, AR, GL) by using Quick Book
Perform accouts closing in monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis on time and accurate
Ensure compliance with accounting laws and Standard Operation Practices;
Prepare detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Prepare bank reconciliations
Prepare audit schedules for auditors
- Sorting accounting documents
- Email queries to client and follow up
Provide adminstrative supprot to manager when business is required
Job Requirements:
LCCI Level 3 / Diploma in accounting would be an advantage
Able to work independently
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in keeping full set accounts
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proactive, detailed and meticulous
