Role Description:
- Oversee daily store operations such as opening, closing, cashiering, customer service, stock-ins and goods receiving and deliveries
- Ensure excellent in-store customer service and experience provided to customers
- Build strong in-store loyalty with customers and assist them with their needs
- Cashier duties using the POS system to process payments
- Ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the shop floor
- Prepare and always upkeep a clean shopping environment on the shop floor and fitting rooms
- Receiving and processing new arrivals stocks, replenishments, defects and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises
- Provide a seamless shopping experience
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Able to commit to 5.5 days a week (at least 1 weekend and Public Holiday)
- Jovial, fun, pleasant looking, outgoing and warm personality
- Strong sense and interest in fashion & beauty
- A genuine curiosity to know how things work and how to make things better
- Must be able to converse and write in English fluently
- Witty and good with problem solving
- Self-motivated, well organised – able to time manage independently on multiple tasks
- Must be able to work in a team/ individually and posseses a strong leadership
