We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin to ensure the smooth operation of our office, from managing maintenance and supplies to welcoming visitors, and handling confidential information with professionalism.


Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Performing general office tasks including in and outbound couriers, office repairs and general maintenance, and housekeeping of office premises and equipments
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including managing office pantry inventory, stationary, and equipment supplies
  • Welcoming visitors and notify relevant staff of their arrival, including preparing the meeting room for the guests
  • Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting for common office equipment and software, ensuring that systems run smoothly.
  • Willingness to work on occassional weekends for concerts/events
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1-2 years working experience in a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken)
  • Positive Attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organised and meticulous, able to multi-task
  • Good team player who possesses drive and initiative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workloads
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
