Job Description:
- Website and web application development and maintenance.
- Designing, prototyping, testing and documenting website/web application based on system specifications and requirements
- Work closely with Client/Project Manager to come up with the Website Specifications document
- Delivering results/ milestones on time with high level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Providing technical support for web applications
- Mentoring a team of interns/web developers and reviewing their work for quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of WordPress is required
- Knowledge of other CMS frameworks such as Drupal/Joomla/Opencart/Magento is a plus
- Knowledge of PHP/CodeIgniter/Laravel MVC framework and integration of design is a plus.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in designing and developing websites in a corporate or agency environment
- Creative, excellent design sense & concepts & is able to rationalize ideas
- Good visualisation and eye for details
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code along with tests
- Good knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite such as PhotoShop and/or Illustrator or other graphic software is required.
- Proficient in Database such as MySQL, SQL Server
- Knowledge of SEO and familiarity with online and social media marketing is a plus
- Good web / Internet knowledge and be aware of internet trend
- Experience with design for mobile devices is an advantage
