- HR Operations: Maintenance of employees' data, preparation of employment documents, employee disciplinary matters, employees' queries, management of full set of work passes in construction sector and preparation of weekly/monthly HR reports (Info-Tech Software)
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Learning and Development: Work with department heads to arrange employees for training (CSOC, BCSS, Work at Height and etc.)
- Claim Management: Submission of necessary claims, including but not limited to insurance, work injury and statutory claims
- Compensation and Benefits: Preparation of salary proposals, support the annual appraisal process
- Employee Engagement: Plan and organise employee engagement activities and/or events.
- Payroll: Manage payroll process (Using Info-tech System), preparation of payroll reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
