Job Description;
• Coach and equip seniors and hawkers with basic digital skills through 1:1 or small group settings in using Zoom, Singpass, what's app, Paynow and Paylah.
• Engage stallholders in hawkers, wet markets and coffee shopss to sign up for e-payment at their stalls.
• Prompt follow up and administration work.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements;
• Minimum N/O levels
• Patient and able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Need to participate in events, learning journey, or pop-up counters
• Familiarity with different e-payment systems and messaging apps
• Good communication and active listening skills
• Able to withstand long standing and walking.
Other information;
• Working days : 5 days week (within Monday to Sunday)
• Working hours : 8.5 hours (within 7 am to 10 pm, up to 44 hours per week)
• Location: Islandwide
• Contract Duration: till end March 2025 subject to extension
• No experience but passionate to coach and equip seniors and hawkers with basic digital skills welcome
