Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Public Speaking Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and a talent for helping others improve their public speaking skills. For this role, we are seeking a partner to regularly aid course improvements, and act as a master trainer for future trainers joining the team.
Key Responsobilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops on public speaking.
- Develop customized training materials and programs tailored to the needs of individual clients or groups.
- Provide constructive feedback and techniques for voice modulation, body language, and presentation skills.
- Help clients overcome public speaking anxiety and improve their overall communication confidence.
- Track and report on client progress.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in public speaking and communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Public Speaking Coach or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of effective public speaking techniques and principles.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive, motivating way.
- Experience in creating and conducting workshops and training sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field is preferred.
