Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of coordinating and supervising a restaurant's kitchen staff according to food safety standards.
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs
- Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
- To maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Arrange and Plan daily ordering of food and supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Min diploma in any field.
- Min 3 years of working experience in similar role.
- Credentials in health and safety training is an advantage
