Responsibilities:
- Promote the sales strategy's implementation in the markets.
- Strengthen the company's dominant market position in the market.
- Increase sales through various methods of distribution.
- Oversee all sales operations and lead the sales teams.
- Manage sales through conventional means.
- Improve the company brand's consumer experience.
- Fortify local presence in key markets.
- Maintain records and evaluate the efficacy of sales procedures, outcomes, and approaches.
- Oversee the major client accounts for the business.
- Systematic reporting responsibilities, such as month-end market reports, year-end customer visit reports, etc.
- Thoroughly define the sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating methods to ensure effective sales management.
- Regularly report to management on issues with customer demands, concerns and questions.
- Ensure sufficient marketing resources and tools.
- Keep a close eye on target consumers, market trends and developments.
- Ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 8 years’ regional sales experience in B2B aspect, preferably with sales experience in machinery/ industrial/ manufacturing industry
