Rol:

The primary focus of this role is to accelerate sales generation and improve market share in the area of Dermal Fillers and Cosmeceuticals in Singapore.

This position will be based in Singapore and will report to Senior Key Account Manager, Singapore.

  • The role is expected to build strong customer relations for the Client in Singapore; improve product/SKU penetration; execute innovative medical education and marketing programs along with a disciplined commercial policy in order to accelerate sales and market share
  • The role is expected to develop specific segmented and targeted customer lists, create action plans that enable accounts to retain, switch and grow. 
  • The role is expected to bring differentiated energy, presence and sales execution in Singapore aesthetic market.  

 

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Prepare Singapore customer master list of Aesthetic Doctors by potential (quantitative and qualitative metrics)
  • Ensure proficiency in anatomy, technique and product knowledge across dermal fillers and cosmeceuticals
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Medical Education functions to identify Trainers, and engage in their development to deliver high quality Training programs
  • Conduct medical education and training programs as agreed upon
  • Provide vital market intelligence feedback to all internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with all internal stake holders to develop market readiness
  • Develop rapport and relations with key business stake holders including KOLs, Chain Accounts in order to influence market penetration strategies, campaigns, messaging and program tactics.
  • Make Account wise detailed execution and sales achievement plans in order to meet/exceed assigned sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external SOPs and guidelines


Requirements

2-4 years of experience

Aesthetic/Cosmeceutical/Dermal filler/Medical Device industry experience preferred

Network within the above mentioned industry is essential.

You will also be considered If You are not from this industry but have a good network with practitioners from the above mentioned industries
