- To arrange drivers’ schedule and ensure that drivers are aware of their duties
- Determine training need of drivers
- Observe and evaluate drivers' work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement.
- Supervise and monitor drivers' use of tools and equipment and ensure that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
- Responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed.
REQUIREMENT:
- Min 5-8 yrs of relevant working experience.
- Preferably with a class 4 driving license.
