- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Provide information on product availability and delivery details.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Input orders, monitor status, and maintain documentation.
- Handle special orders and notify customers of availability.
- Coordinate shipping documents and negotiate with banks.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings and tracking records.
- Collaborate with other departments for inquiries and payments.
- Coordinate procurement processes and logistics.
- Manage shipping invoices and liaise with agents.
- Prioritize tasks and update purchase orders.
- Verify invoices and negotiate rates with forwarders.
- Coordinate inbound traffic and track consignments.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate/ GCE O Level/NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
- 2- 3 year(s) of working experience in relevant field
- Experience in handling Letter of Credit (LOC)
