Responsibilities:
- Assist workforce planning and L&D manager on the overall learning and development plans.
- Provide support in overseeing the training and development budget.
- Support the manager in carrying out the learning development projects/ activities.
- Facilitate learning and development interventions for the employees.
- Provide training and support in a learning and development framework.
- Generate overall business information by utilizing data analytic tools.
- Assist the team in managing relations with employees.
- Utilize policies and initiatives to attain workforce development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of workforce planning and L&D experience.
- Knowledge of any artificial intelligence programs would be an added advantage.
