Responsibilities:
· Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotation/tender and on-going projects with specific deadline.
· Liaise with suppliers /Sub-contractors and source for competitive quotation.
· Submission of monthly progress claim & variation order (VO).
· Evaluation of sub-contractors’ progress claim & variation order.
· Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients.
· Contract documents administration.
· All other QS related job.
Requirements:
. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Engineering or relevant discipline
. Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant field
. Be able to work indepently with minimum guidance to meet tight deadlines
