We are looking for a F&B Promotion Executive to join our team!
As a F&B Promotion Executive we rely on you to:
Develop Promotional Strategies:
- Conduct market research and Develop innovative ideas for promotions, special events, seasonal menus, and limited-time offers.
Plan and Execute Promotional Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns
- Create enticing visuals, promotional materials, and menu displays to communicate offers effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of promotional campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with the culinary team to develop new food and beverage concepts that align with promotional objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop partnerships and promotions
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Plan and organize customer engagement activities, such as tastings, food festivals, or cooking workshops.
Sales Monitoring and Analysis:
- Track sales data, analyze performance, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of promotions.
Requirement :
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in food industry
- Outgoing and possess great customer engagement skills
