- To assist sales team with paperwork, filing and admin tasks
- Issuance of job sheets, Delivery Orders and Invoices
- Keep track and record of paperwork
- Disseminating information received from sales to the necessary departments
- Issuance of schedule papers for teams
- Working closely with the team to keep track of job progress and draft out reports for clients
- Familiar with using office software (Eg: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Other administrative tasks
