Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overall in charge of planning, production, delivery, safety, QAQC and factory maintenance/security;
• Monitoring of production and delivery status for all the projects executed at the factory;
• Coordination with clients’ project team on schedule, delivery and defect rectification;
• Troubleshooting of problems related to production and QAQC;
• Coordination, monitoring and controlling of sub-contractors and suppliers;
• Cost and budget control;
• Material wastage control;
• Other matters related to factory’s daily operation;
• Report to company top management on the factory’s performance.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / other Post-Secondary non-tertiary or vocational certificates in construction management or civil engineering;
2. Minimum 5 years experience;
3. With site and design or technical coordination experience;
4. Prefer with precast construction knowledge.
