Admin Coordinator - Warehouse
- Salary: $1800 - $2500
- Monday - Friday l Alternative Half Day Saturday
- 8:30am - 5:30pm / 8am - 12pm
- Location: Jurong East
Responsibilities:-
- Receive daily orders from sales co-ordinators and sorted according to delivery dates & delivery teams.
- Input daily orders into a summary spreadsheet & plan orders into each of the 4 Delivery Teams’ Routings.
- For the Home Delivery Orders, if the No. Delivery points are more than 10 for medium to huge items, the excess points shall to distributed to the other 3 Delivery Teams.
- Record all the hard copies Orders received & at the end of the day compared it with the List of Orders processed by Sales Co-ordinator to check if there is any mis-printed DOs.
- Sent out the Delivery Teams Routings Orders to Sales, Marketing & Management Teams by 10am daily or by end of the day if it is Friday.
- Main co-ordinator between Warehouse & Sales Co-ordinator from the print & issue of Draft DO to Warehouse for Picking & Scanning of Serial Number into the System to Generation of DO from the system.
- Assist to check & update punch card for Warehouse & Delivery staffs. Forward to HR on or before 16th of the month to process OT calculation.
- Consolidate & check that all signed DOs for the previous Day Deliveries, together with the Cash & Cheques (if any) were collected back by the Drivers.
- Scanned the signed DO (with QR Code) into the Canon designed icon in the shared folder. --- new task.
Requirements:-
- At least 1 year of relevant Customer Service / Schedules Planning / Order Fulfillment / Delivery arrangement experience is preferred
- SAP experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Can perform OT as & when required
