• Assisting in basic clerical tasks such as printing, checking, and organizing financial assistance and bursary applications, as well as informing parents of the application outcomes and distributing approval letters.
• Handling counter service and manage telephone enquiries (for e.g. attend to calls at the general office and relay messages to the relevant personnel), including helping to call parents fo absent students to gather reasons for their absence.
• Printing and organizing school timetables.
• Distributing hardcopy mails to designated recipients.
• Updating staff attendance records in the General Office system.
• Performing other general administrative tasks as delegated by school management.
