DESCRIPTION
Under direct supervision of Project Manager, provides general administration support to project assigned.
ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update Daily Manpower Report (based on submission from BUs, QA/QC and HSE)
- Transport Arrangement for site workers/staff for (daily and weekend)
- Petty Cash Reimbursement - collect the petty cash claims and maintain the records for all site staffs
- Preparing cash journal for site expenses
- Request site access card/activity code card for site personnel
- Maintain the records for issue of access card/activity code card
- Issuing of stationery for site staffs
- Replenish stationery/pantry items
- Prepare the Procurement Plan for stationery/pantry items with the guide of Construction Manager
- Man-hours/timecards submission to HRD
- Arrange the necessary things such as dinner, transport etc. for overtime work
- Site meeting arrangement
- Responsible for collating, issuing and purchasing of stationeries and others for site personnel
- Collect the invoices from vendor and send to main office
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks when required
